Therapy Can be Expensive. Is it worth it?

One of the most common things that prevents people from starting therapy is the price.  This is a reasonable concern.  Although, the cost of weekly therapy sessions can add up, it is an investment into your current quality of life and your future.  It's hard to put a price on peace-of mind and the changes that can come along with resolving past issues, getting relief from the problems you are dealing with, and moving forward with a happier and healthier life.  The things gained from therapy can often times last a lifetime, so viewing therapy as an "investment" can certainly be helpful.

If cost is a major factor for you, feel free to voice your concerns.  Although we do not take insurance, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can pay with those funds.  Although sessions are typically weekly, it might be appropriate to schedule sessions every other week.
