We work with people who choose to use their insurance or who choose to pay privately. We are in-network with a variety of major health insurance plans, to include Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna (to name a few). You may contact us to see if we take your plan and for us to run your benefits.
Once we have scheduled your first appointment, we will send you a link to securely fill out intake paperwork electronically. When you do this, you will put a credit card (or Health Savings Account Card) on file to be charged upon the completion of your sessions for any amount that might be due. This makes for easy and hassle free payments.
If we do not accept your insurance plan, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. You can find out if you have out-of-network benefits by calling your insurance company. If you do, the process involves paying for services up-front and then providing your insurance company with a "Super Bill" that we can provide you upon request. Although we cannot guarantee reimbursement for out-of-network benefits, many of our clients have successfully had claims paid.
