Depression Can Leave You Feeling Stuck

Depression can show up as low motivation, emotional heaviness, loss of interest, irritability, or a sense of hopelessness that doesn’t easily lift. It can make everyday tasks feel harder and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you want to be living.

Therapy helps by providing structure, clarity, and support when it’s difficult to move forward on your own. We work with you to understand what’s keeping depression going and to develop practical, evidence-based strategies that help you regain momentum and begin feeling more like yourself again—even if motivation or hope feels limited right now.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling depressed or simply not yourself, that’s enough to begin.
