Health/Fitness Frustration

Counseling for health and fitness frustration can be helpful if you’re having a hard time meeting your personal health-related goals.  Do you feel like you know what you need to do, but have a hard time following-through?  If you’re wanting to improve your health, but keep getting in the way of yourself and sabotaging efforts, Counseling might help.

Counseling for health and fitness frustration involves:

  • Identifying measurable goals
  • Developing a plan
  • Creating a place for accountability
  • Digging into “mindset” issues and thinking patterns that block your ability to be successful
  • Exploring and working through barriers

We are not personal trainers, but instead put a focus on making sure all of the pieces are in place to meet your health, fitness, or weight-related goals.  Physical health is directly linked to mental health.  That’s why a lot of people notice improvement in self-confidence and a decrease in anxiety, stress, and depression when they get more active and feel better from a physical-perspective.

Although most people choose to do sessions in our office in the Carrollwood area of tampa, “Walk and Talk” therapy is an option that could help supplement your exercise goals or needs.

If you’re considering starting counseling to address frustration you have had meeting health and fitness goals, you can send us a message or you can call or text 727-258-5231.
