How do I find the best Therapist for me?

Finding a therapist can be a daunting task.  Perhaps you've "googled" therapists in your area or searched the endless list of therapists in your area on a directory.  You're wanting to make a call or send a message, but want to be sure you've found the right therapist for you.  The truth is, that you never really know if you've found the right therapist until you meet with them and get started. The most important factor in determining success in therapy is finding the right fit - a therapist who you are comfortable with.  Your first session is an opportunity to figure that out.

Although you can't be sure until after you've started, there are a few things you can do before then to get a feel for whether or not we might be "a good fit" for you.

  1. Browse our website and services offered.  Are we speaking to you and the issues you're wanting to resolve?
  2. Meet our Therapists and read a little bit about them to get a feel for who might be the best fit for you.
  3. Send us a message. You can also call or text at 727-258-5231. Feel free to ask any questions you might have to see if we are a good fit for meeting your needs.
