How do I know if you’re the right Therapist for me?

Finding a therapist can be a daunting task.  Perhaps you’ve “googled” therapists in your area or searched the endless list of therapists in your area on a directory.  You’re wanting to make a call or send a message, but want to be sure you’ve found the right therapist for you.  The truth is, that you never really know if you’ve found the right therapist until you meet with them for the first time. The most important factor in determining success in therapy is finding the right fit – a therapist who you are comfortable with.  Your first session is an opportunity to figure that out.

Although you can’t be sure until after you’ve met with your therapist for the first time, there are a few things you can do before then to get a feel for whether or not we might be “a good fit” for you.

  1. Browse our website and services offered.  Are we speaking to you and the issues you’re wanting to resolve?
