How Frequent will I Need to be Seen?

The standard frequency of sessions is one 50-60 minute session each week.  That being said, some people choose to be seen more or less frequently, depending on their need.  The frequency of sessions may depend on your availability, financial ability, amount of support needed, or rate at which you are wanting to make progress.  Often times, people start by scheduling sessions more frequently and then decrease as the need lessens.
