Feeling a little anxious and unsure of what to expect is normal and we would like to help you get started with the process. It's important to us that you feel comfortable from the very beginning of your experience with us.

Start Here Counseling Tampa Florida

Have you decided to make an appointment? It's easy to get started.

Getting started is as easy as clicking on the "Request Appointment" button at the top of this page. You can either do that or you can send a message or call or text 813-515-9602.

What happens in our initial contact?

If you hit the "Request Appointment" button, you can select the therapist of your choice and choose a first appointment based on their availability.  You'll then wait for confirmation from the therapist and receive intake paperwork to fill out electronically.

If you're scheduling for your child or want to do couples counseling, please call or send us a message.

If you decide to call or to send a message , we'll just ask you to share a little bit about reasons for counseling and will walk you through next steps.

From there, it's as easy as showing up for your first in-person or virtual appointment. During that first visit, we'll get to know one another, establish some goals for the process, and begin developing a plan for moving forward. Our office is located on the second floor at 13801 N Dale Mabry Hwy in a private and safe setting.
