This is for you, Doc!

We know that you do important work to keep our community healthy - but we also know that your time and resources are sometimes limited.  People are having a tough time and we have seen people struggling now more than ever - especially with anxiety-related, depression, relationship, and substance use disorders.  When you make referrals out to other professionals in the community, you want to know that your patients are in good hands.

Who we are and What we do!

We are a small group practice of mental health counselors - established in 2017 - right here in the Carrollwood area of Tampa.  We offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions to help people with a broad range of mental health issues, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help people heal.  Here are a few of our specialty areas.

  • Substance Abuse
  • Moderating Alcohol use
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Depression
  • Relationship Counseling
  • Stress and Burnout
  • Grief and Loss

What makes us Unique

We pride ourselves in good communication and quality care. Often times people reaching out for Therapy have a hard time knowing where to start or what to do.  We walk new clients through the steps to getting started, identify the best matched Therapist in our practice, and will even make personal referrals to other mental health professionals if for any reason we might not be a good fit.  We are well connected to the local mental health community and have a network of skilled professionals we can refer out to when needed.  Collaboration with you may be helpful at times, and we are happy to get release documentation on file that will allow us to provide you with any updates you may need.
