Our office is located at 13801 N Dale Mabry Hwy.  We're in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. The primary business on the first floor of the building location is a "Mystic Hair Salon".  Our office is on the second floor.  When you enter the main doors of the building, you go up the stairs and enter the door on the left, immediately at the top of the staircase.  Through the doorway, there is a small waiting area with 2 chairs, restrooms, and three offices.

3 - Go up the staircase and enter the first door you see on the top left. You'll see a "Float on Counseling" sign. 

4 - You'll then be in the waiting area. We'll be out to get you at the time of your appt.  If one of the doors is open, feel free to pop your head in.
